  We provide technical support to our software. One year of our on-line technical support is included in the price of our programs. Technical support includes free program upgrades and updates. After the first year, the subscription to this service can be renewed every year. The cost of this renewal is 20% of the current program price. The service is provided under the terms and conditions set forth in the User Support Agreement.
