London Lecture


Discoverer at the British
Computer Society

Bayesware Discoverer will be presented during the SGES Evening Lecture organized by the British Computer Society in London The Lecture will start at 6:00pm on June 23rd, 1999 at the Senate House of the University of London, and it will be delivered by Marco Ramoni and Paola Sebastiani, directors of Bayesware and developers of Bayesian Knowledge Discoverer (BKD), the original prototype of Bayesware Discoverer.

The lecture will describe the theory and the methods behind BKD and it will include a demonstration of the new program developed by the group - RoC, the Robust Classifier - already distributed in over 800 copies worldwide. The talk will outline the current research in the field of Bayesian Clustering by Dynamics, and its applications to finance, robotics, military tactics, and automated music composition.
