The Royal Statistical Society, one of the most prestigious
learned organizations in the field of statistics and probability,
will host a full afternoon seminar devoted to Bayesware Discoverer,
the first Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining program based
on Bayesian networks.
The afternoon seminar will cover the theoretical foundations,
an actual use demonstration of the program and a detail description
of a real-world application to customer profiling.
The meeting is organized by the Computational Statistics section
of the Society and it will take place at the Society headquarters,
in London, on February 4th, 2000, at 2:30pm. Attendance is free
and tea will be served a 4:00pm.
